God Slayer magic is expressly shown to be no more or less powerful than any other kind. Natsu eats Zancrows fire and beats him down, Wendy fights Sherria to a standstill and Orga is One shotted by Jura who is then beaten down by Laxus in turn. The only God Slayer who has any advantage is Sherria as she can heal herself whereas Wendy can only heal others. Magic schools are largely equal in the Fairy Tail universe. Individuals power and the use to which they put their magic are vastly more important when it comes to strength.
