To my understanding, the Homing Attack was actually introduced in Sonic 3D Blast, a game released four years after Sonic 2. If anyone can provide some proof of the Homing Attack's presence in Sonic 2, they can add it back in.
fhqwhgads: I've never heard of anything like a homing attack in Sonic 2. The closest I can think of is the dash move you get with the fire shield in Sonic 3.
