Ununnilium: What comic is Francis Clunie from?

A series called The Bogie Man. It' has been published in more than one place. One adventure, set during Papa Bush's presidency takes Clunie to New York and has him run all around town with vice-president Dan Quayle literally in his luggage. Here's his entry from Thrilling Detective

Mister Six: Sorry, I should have replied here earlier. Ununnilium's comment was made before I corrected the entry to make it clear what Clunie was from.

I edited this section: "This humble contributor can't help wondering if this played a part in the development of Outbreak, wherein a plague which sweeps through Scotland - starting with Glasgow - leaves the survivors to turn into violent chaotic cannibals in the aftermath. Heck, they even do a decent impression of angry natives chasing the heroine! " from the Film heading, since Outbreak was the one with Dustin Hoffman and the ebola virus.

I think this trope either needs renaming, or a short note in the introduction that, outside of British media (where the dialect is somewhat recognisable by the audience, though it sometimes gets the same treatment) this trope can (and is) applied to any Scottish accent that doesn't sound somewhat proper?
