Haven: Removed this discussion from under Complete Monster because I don't see how removing a little zombie girl's teeth with a pair of pliers so he can make out with her changes anything. And that is literally what happened on the panel, it's not ambiguous.

  • He's not a complete monster, as it's clear he still cares for his zombified daughter. Granted, there's that 'kissing' scene in #43, but Kirkman has said that it's up for interpretation as to what it meant.
    • The Governor kissing his "daughter" has as much significance as if the Joker did it: none whatsoever other than making him even freakier than he already is. The Governor's the walking, talking, killing living incarnation of Nightmare Fuel Unleaded. He's so bad, his zombie daughter goes against her own zombie instincts and actually FEARS HIM.
    • The 'daughter' never gave any indication that she was scared of him.
    • I was under the impression that "daughter" was a euphemism - among his other "charms", he is a necrophiliac pedo!
