There is a canadian show, which I thought I was called interview with america, but I can't find any reference to. Without this trope the show would not exist.

- Used in The Office, which is a Mockumentary of an office, to explain how the characters can seem so unprofesional and immature while keeping their jobs. For instance, despite all the evidence that their boss is a retard with the sense of humor to match, he's actually a very funny well liked man, who constantly makes his employees laugh.
