Some Sort Of Troper: We had the idea but we realised it was massive crap while managing to take the real point and putting it in Escapist Character.
Ansem Paul: Why is Xion even considered a Sue of ANY variety? The only characthers who instantly like her are Axel and Roxas, and theirs good plot reasons for Roxas, the rest of the org either hates her, views her with contempt or ignores her. Shes not that capable, and falls behind on all her tasks and if she were any less capable, she'd be an anti sue. So what gives? Sora is way more suiesh. I mean hes God Mode powerful (a little kid able to beat up Sephiroth and Hades GOD of the bloody underworld?!), every good characther likes him, he solves everyone's problems, hes the chosen one and has little flaws beyond getting angry at people doing bad stuff. Why does Xion get so much more crap?
Ethereal Mutation: Xion gets a lot of crap because she was clumsily retconned into the story in the dreaded "fourteenth member" slot that thousands of fan characters have forever tainted. She's basically a cheap cash-in excuse for another game. She manages to have reasons for portions of both genders to hate her, with the sexist "no girl can ever have the spotlight in a male-dominated series" males and the "get away from my bishonen harem" females.
Now, if none of this sounds like a good reason to hate her, you're onto something.
