TsundeRay: I'm quite tempted to revise the opening paragraphs to be less of a stereotype and Take That! to these kind of gamers. Statements like, for instance:

• "FPS multiplayer? Sorry, gotta shave a second off my Speed Run."?
• "If he plays fighting games, expect to see him aim for stuff like time or combo records rather than beating other players."?

seem to imply that Challenge Gamers don't like multiplayer. I'm the kind of gamer to play for points and 1CC's and such, but only for games designed for that; I still find playing FPS's with other human players and fighters with actual players to be mroe fun than playing alone.
