- Sakura Matou is definitely one of the dog bites back examples. Sure, she goes apeshit and becomes the most dangerous single entity in the entire game, but check the body count. A large part of the town that nobody cares about, Saber and then it's Shinji and Zouken. Pricks.
It doesn't actually fit very well. Whilst she's been through a hell of a lot of torture in her life, it's not what turns her evil (and the normal (non-corrupted) version of her can't really be called evil anyway, since she wasn't even aware that she was killing Saber or the townspeople, and she's not entirely in control of herself in the last few days). She went through Zouken's torture for eleven years and, whilst it forced her into her shell, she never stopped being a nice, extremely caring person. Her actions in the first two routes, and the interludes we see from her viewpoint, prove this. What caused her to turn dark wasn't the torture, but a combination of her jealousy of Rin, her fear of losing Shirou and the effect of Angra Mainyu on her mind. She only even killed Shinji because she was worried that he would tell Shirou that he raped her, and that it would hurt him.
