Kamp Koral is on the bottom rung of kids entertainment. Not only is the show's existence questionable because SpongeBob is already a kids' show, but this show is arguably more child-unfriendly (or at least not as fun to watch; the sheer amount of Nausea Fuel and Toilet Humor ensures that not even kids will enjoy it).
This show was clearly made on a budget. The colors are dull and most episodes take place against either a backdrop of just a cabin, the forest, or sand. The show has an Economy Cast where characters are either defined by just one trait or written according to the lame jokes the show wants to tell.
Episodes are total non-starters from the premises alone (who wants to see an episode about everyone trying to cover Squidward in filth?), and there's plenty of blatant Padding. It's especially noticeable in the later half of season 1, but some episodes don't even have any conflict or consistent characterization. They're also completely devoid of humor, unless you think Patrick farting and eating random stuff is funny.
Kamp Koral also suffers from the introduction of Narlene Narwhal, a Creator's Pet to the highest degree. No matter what she does, the characters will repeatedly talk about how great she is, and the narrative never punishes her. Her introduction features her a G-Rated Drug to kids, then scamming Mr. Krabs to "cure" the kids and stealing stuff as payment, ends with SpongeBob and Patrick marveling that "Narlene is so cool and so funny!" Basically every one of her episodes is like this: she'll unleash a swarm of sea urchins that render the camp completely uninhabitable and destroy priceless property, steal Mr. Krabs' clothes and prank the campers, and serve the campers food that she cooks in secret with her feet, and get away with it all. Narlene will also appear out of nowhere and hijack episodes; why does a space adventure about finding missing hats randomly include her as a major character in the second half?
Whether you're in the target audience or not, you have plenty of better things to watch than Kamp Koral. If you really want to watch one of the SpongeBob spin-offs, I'd heavily recommend going for the "new crew" episodes of The Patrick Star Show instead.
