This review was published when the game was in v0.9 (most likely the final update, but mentioning just in case).
Theme: Prestige Tree Rewritten, but there's a new Condenser layer. It's executed well enough, with the condensers feeling mostly natural and a fair bit of the game carried over.
Gameplay and core mechanics: As usual, you start with gaining points and resetting for prestige points and unlock various upgrades later. That said, the new Condenser layer grants buyables that boost various resources, leading a bit more clicking (less so later on when they're automated as soon as they're unlocked), but also a lot more speed.
Balancing and difficulty: Average speed and difficulty. The game typically avoids timewalls and is more lenient with the setup you need thanks to the condensers. However, there are also some added softcaps that make up for the extra gains. Some bits may be slow and require grinding, especially those involving the new achievements that provide boosts needed to progress, but then you jump quite a bit forward.
Content on offer: Slightly short, with the game taking about six hours to complete. 20 decently-sized layers, 40 possible achievements, and 9 extra achievements. The endgame is 308 phantom souls and the Mastery layer being made inaccessible, but you can grind a little longer if you wanted to.
Polish and miscellaneous additions: There's a strategy guide that is exactly the same, but most of its tips should still apply. Some occasional typos and the condenser layer lacks commas when you have more than a thousand of them. The layer with additional achievements feels tacked on, with them relying more on Discord memes or simple names without images.
Ultimately, it's not much different than Prestige Tree Rewritten, just with less content and faster (hopefully I'll review that as well). If you find grinding in row 6 in the original Rewritten to be obnoxious or just want to play through a chunk of it at higher speed, maybe try this and see if you like it more.
VideoGame It's condensed, alright (v0.9)
