This fanfic was written as part of the FANOWRIMO writing challenge, and yet it feels more well thought out then the many long runners that I've read.
The story deals with the trials and tribulations of spontaneously developing an ability that actively changes your body, with all the horror and amusement that this provides. Plus, it has Sakura not pining after Sasuke for perfectly healthy reasons, which is nice.
Also, the character of Onimeno is great, especially when you figure out who he's supposed to be.
