This is one of the more interesting "Dursleys' Year in Hiding" fanfics I have encountered. The premise is plausible, and it hasn't bent canon to make Dudley any more a part of the wizarding world than he is. It does let him get "clued in" to what's been going on around him and why his once-despised cousin Harry is so important. Unfortunately it's incomplete, with no indication of when, or if, it will ever be finished.
