It's fairly light-hearted, and This Troper found the characterisation to be very good. There's a few original characters who, while reasonably significant in terms of narrative, certainly don't dominate the plot and thrust the canon into the sidelines, unlike many other fics. Plus, it's complete. Pairings are canon (Makoto/Ifurita, Alielle/Fatora).
