Simply put, this series is pretty funny and intentionally ridiculous. The script is fun and the acting has the right level of hamminess to make everything work. The fight sequences are very well-done for a web series done on no budget. And best of all, you can watch the whole thing in less than half an hour.
I first watched this series as a fan of Doug TenNapel's work, and people who aren't familiar with his writing (which can stray into Cloud Cuckoo Land) might not like it, especially in a series which thrives on going over the top. But I'd still recommend at least giving the first episode a try; it packs a lot of action and humor into three minutes. If it's not for you there's no loss, but if you like it you should check out the rest.
