This is an incredibly well-written oneshot detailing how things might have changed if Ty Lee hadn't saved Mai from Azula. It's written in second person, which is a little jarring but works surprisingly well. The fic has a very convincing portrayal of a less-bubbly Ty Lee, and the insights on the relationships between Azula, Zuko, Ty Lee and Mai and how each of the others react to Mai's death are absolutely heartbreaking.
