In my experience, Kakashi-centric fics tend to be slash, angsty, or both. So a story that focuses on him actually getting some much needed (if unconventional) therapy to work through his issues is a welcome change of pace. Even better, Kakashi passing this on lets Team 7 actually be the proper team they never were in canon, using actual proper teamwork rather than "Naruto and Sasuke might occasionally work together and Sakura cheers them on for almost the entire fight". The "cursed bread" and "better ninja tool debate" running gags significantly help as well.
Well worth the read for any Kakashi fan or Team 7 fan. Or just anyone tired of "Everyone has issues; nobody is getting any help with said issues."
