I found the first episode to be more-or-less okay. Though the part where everyone talks over the character of El Diablo was a let down for me and them saying to Honey that it was because of their lack of preparation of accepting a new member sounds a bit contrived. The only character that disgusted me was Chief, because he's basically Peter Griffin as a dog.
