This is a little known, hidden gem over on AO 3. It focuses on the post-Season 7 adventures of Faith, as she moves to Las Vegas to try and make her own way. Thematically, it's kind of a hybrid of Buffy & Angel, with Faith out to help the hopeless, and find herself.
Her main supporting cast are a surprisingly tolerable Andrew, the ghost of Anya (sent by the Pt B to be her Doyle), a cryptic demon, and informant/stripper named Camryn. Other Buffy alum show up for guest spots with Xander becoming a regular supporting character, and a retired Buffy as a recurring "guest star."
Speaking of Buffy, this fic does have a shipping subplot, with Faith and her unresolved feelings for her best frenemy. It's well-handled and doesn't dominate the story until the last Act.
The author has a solid grasp of the characters voices, with only a few "um, I don't think they'd say it like that" moments. The plot is entertaining, and Faith's journey is a compelling read.
If I had a single complaint, is that I don't particularly like the Big Bad. It is effective and threatening, but its background, to me, leaves a little something to be desired. Having said that, it does fit the tone and feel of the Buffyverse, so I may just be being a tad snobby on that point.
