Honestly, I'm surprised you were expecting an actually good show. From what I've seen on Tumblr, most people assumed after watching the first trailer that it would be So Bad it's Good a la The Room, and it has developed quite the ironic fandom.

Lifestyles of the vapid and boring
Neo Yokio is a story of some fashion-obsessed twits living in an alternate New York. Sometimes main character Kaz fights demons, but mostly he Wangsts. Theoretically, this show could be funny, but between the inexcusably terrible animation and phoned-in voice acting, there's absolutely nothing to recommend.
