When the Players Cry

Usually, games about yanderes or that contain yanderes tend to be bland, or have bad or under developed yanderes. There are exceptions, of course, but this doesn't deny the previous fact. So, does this game stand out?

Sadly, it doesn't.

You're Nishiki, a guy who confessed his love to his childhood friend and went with her to some little vacation in the woods. They found some friends and decided to have a good time with them. And then two of them kill Nishiki's love and he sets off to save his own life. And that's it. There's nothing else to the game than some bland yanderes looking for you, item collecting and a lack of story and background. It also has cheap deaths, which make NO sense and aren't scary at all, a ghost that acts like a "villain", but it's more like an easy-to-overcome obstacle than a villain, and endings that are all the same, but with different or all of the yanderes.

I've checked the game in rpgmaker.net and the author is willing to improve. I hope he can make better games in the future. In the meanwhile, you've got this game. You should avoid this one and go play something else.

I agree with you on the endings. It\'s just Nishiki getting killed by a different girl each time. No matter what happens, he dies. I hope the creator is going to make the additional ending(s) different than the other ones.
