While not a great movie, it definitely has some positives. Most of the jokes are funny; Jim Carrey gives a nice performance. The colours are vibrant and the characters are fun. I really didn't like the Kangaroo and how quickly she was forgiven in the end. I also didn't like the City Council in Whooville. Especially the Chairman. He was a complete a-hole.
But other than that, not too much stands out to me. I can see people liking this as a time killer, it just wouldn't be my first choice.
