Wonderfully Entertaining Book

The book is very funny and entertaining, to the point that it can be read multiple times and still be enjoyable.

The characters all have their charm and, while there is quite a large cast, it's easy enough to remember them all. They are also rather relateable, especially with Evelyn being a simple, middle-aged woman who feels lost because society had changed so much since she was born in the late 1930s.

It's also hilarious off and on. Even a tense moment, like the murder trial later on, can still have its share of humor, generally courtesy of Idgie.

Definitely worth a read, if it hasn't been read already. (Can't say I like the movie version...)
