The most well written game in the history of gaming

This is the game I consider to be the greatest game ever made. It was developed by Black Isle (The original fallout developers) and is their best work, bar none. I won't go into the plot, that's what the main page is for, but i will say that no other game has had me waiting in anticipation for whats going to happen next. While the story is amazing, your companions are hands down the best part of the game. Each one has their own unique personality, each with enough depth to put Bioware to shame. They all feel human, despite none of them being human. My favorite companion is fall from grace, mainly because the quest that you get her in is the point that I said straight up "This is the greatest game of all time." There are very few fights you have to do, as you can talk your way out of everything, with enough dialogue options to fill up a 900 page book.

Planescape: Torment is a game I think anyone with interest in RPG's should play, mainly because it can show people just how well writing in games can be done. Chris Avallone (The games writer) is a legend as far as I'm concerned, especially after his later works on KOTOR 2 and obsidians other games.
