A Mixed Bag: But Interesting

Birdman left me with very conflicted feelings. There were many parts I liked and it had some great ideas, but certain scenes and most of the dialogue were AWFUL! Edward Norton and Emma Stone's scenes were incredibly forced and I just didn't care for them. Michael Keaton was great, though. And I wish the movie had been more about him instead of cutting away too much. The ending was one of the stronger points though.

8.5/10. Good film, but certain things hold it back.
