I can not believe the "holler-than-thou" nonsense on the YMMV page. "there is always a small subset of bad apples in fandoms". Yeah, but they do the extra mile that these #Snyder Cultists did? All the harassments and business disruption because this "small subset" of edgelords wanted a re-release of a bad 2017 movie that removed all the elements added by that guy who did Buffy and left behind the garbage from the guy who did Man of Steel and Bv S. The "suicide prevention" excuse was just good PR from the more quiet minority in an attempt to avoid getting lumped in with the Star Wars fandom and their antics.
What about the fandoms we don't label as toxic? I can guarantee that there are more of them then there are of these. I'm so done with the hypocritical bias of these editors. Shame on them all.

The franchise's reputation has suffered Accentuate the Negative (which has been hammered on every possible DCEU YMMV page, "holier than thou" I don't think so), and the fandom gets that treatment too, that's quite unfair. And most of the "harassment" consisted in relaying a hashtag. And tell me more about "business disruption", while you're here...
