I don't know what trope this fits under, though I'm sure there "is" one.
In the episode where Donita captures Aviva in the bird-of-paradise creature suit, she talks about how great it would be for fashion. But of course, the good guys can't let Donita have them!
...Except, to me at least (why this is in YMMV), letting Donita have the creature power suits could actually be a "good" thing. Donita talks about how all you have to do is touch an animal and bam! Wolf suit! Or whatever.
If Donita had creature suits, she wouldn't be capturing animals and freezing them for fashion. Even if she still would be capturing animals, it would only be one of a species, and she'd probably let it go right after.
