I can't really understand what your first sentence is trying to say, but... yeah. The entry is weird. "He only stole the thing he stole because he wanted it and couldn't get it otherwise" is a weird statement and kinda implies that if someone offers you money, you're required to give them what they want. And "the only thing he's guilty of is petty theft... which was worth it because the thing he stole was valuable" contradicts itself.

Sorry I wrote it badly but I don’t think so belongs in unintentionally sympathetic since he did steal woody despite leaving behind the compatibly low money he offered
Al in unintentionally sympathetic because spidey as worth a sum and did leave behind the money? This doesn’t really sound that sympathetic
