How is Dick telling Jason he should remove the tracker in his arm an example of Harsher in Hindsight? That trope is about when an event in the story is made worse by a later event in the story or a real life event. Neither is not the case with the tracker example - a past event from the comics does not make an event in the show harsher in hindsight.

Kory's reasoning for coming to earth was never retconned. It's addressed in the first episode of the second season. It isn't mentioned after that but that doesn't mean it was retconned.
