Might Mis-blamed apply to the Kevin Conroy/Batman issue as by the actors passing the dialog had been recorded (implying all the other characters dialog as well), meaning there was little to nothing they could change about the story in response without reducing Batman's role or a replacement actor which would have been just as contentious?
In the memetic mutation entry on the whole Arkham Subreddit insanity over other heroes not interfering with the events of Arkham Knight, should the note be ammended to point out that the game itself explained this with the Campaign for Disarmament; the Knight's response to Batman destorying the first bomb is broadcast publicly, with Alfred actively stating it was an attempt to discourage outside intervention, obviously referring to other heroes.
