Is this accurate? According to my info, season 3 didn't stop the decline of viewers but it did reduce it and the rating were improving in season 4.

From what I can gather, it had four seasons planned from the beginning simply because it was a Star Trek series but it was cancelled after those when it didn't reach the exectutives' expectations.
I don't know if T'pol counts as The Scrappy, as she definitely has her share of fans. Nor Archer for that matter, hard as that may be to believe. I always thought they were both more Base-Breaking Characters at most.
