I think it has to be a wide-spread misconception for it to be Older Than They Think. It would be too subjective otherwise, even for a YMMV. An Orc/Half-Orc Paladin breaks stereotypes, but it's hardly a rare concept; a Google search proves that.
There's even a trope for it: Square Race, Round Class

I kinda don't get what's the point of this entry? Half orc Paladins aren't "new". Paladins have been a core class since like 2nd ed D&D, and half-orcs have been able to be paladins since 3.0.
Heck, D&D has had a FULL Orc Paladin since 1997 (Called Shield of Innocence). The first one in a CRPG? Maybe, not counting thousands of player characters no doubt. But that seems like an overly narrow superlative for something that's not been that rare on the tabletops those CRPG inspired.
Like "Older Than They Think" carries the implication people find something new. And combining one of the core race with a strength bonus with one of the classes that wields weapons and armor and hits thing isn't something new no one's thought about before WOTR
