Am I the only one who finds it odd that Steppenwolf's being an all-CGI character is listed as a major complaint against the movie? Lots of superhero movies (ESPECIALLY MCU) have all-CGI characters, but I never hear anyone complain about them! But of course, if I bring that up, people will accuse me of having some kind of irrational grudge against Marvel when, really, I'm just saying that this movie's special effects are hardly any different from those at Marvel. It really seems at this point that people are just making up reasons to hate this film.
Edited by InfinityLeagueHay, I'm wondering why Steppenwolf's entry under The Scrappy in the Justice League (2017) as been removed? because as both the YMMV and the Film page under The Scrappy point out none likes him.
On the Fandom Rivally section , I added realistically that Black Panther would get more hype because Black Panther has a longer history, has more connection to the african american community and actually has a history as a solo hero then Cyborg. Meaning that the hype was not unfairness but simple logic based on BP history, his actual debut in a movie instead of a cameo, and him being a legacy character with fifty plus years of history. It was removed for discussion. So putting it up for discussion to see if I should add it back or not.
Hide / Show RepliesAnyone planning to edit this page?
It looks like Kevin Feige and the Comic Book Guy wrote every line.
Hide / Show RepliesIt would have to be someone who doesn't have an overall negative opinion of the movie and is looking for a place to voice his complaints. Unfortunately, I swing for the positive side of things so it can't be me. Sorry.
Can't be me either. Any pleb can delete objectively false claims like, "Zack Snyder never had a cut of this movie." Or obvious bias like, "Hey guyz DAE Marvul > DC?" But you guys need a surgeon and I've got nothing but a sledgehammer..
The They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot section mentions all the missed opportunities for world-building. Wasn't that a point of criticism in Batman v Superman?
Hide / Show RepliesYes, but they have to make sense within the movie's running time and narrative. We can't just put stuff just because.
Out of curiosity, is the lack of any mention of the "Snyder Cut" intentional?
