I think maybe we should wait until season 2 to see if her scrappy status will stick or if she’ll be rescued from the scrappy heap
I see what u mean. So u only include someone as the scrappy or base breaking if the opinion is the opinion of them is like that for a long time over the course of the series right. For example if there was never a season 2 being released, i feel like it would be reasonable to add it although ofc if she is well liked in season 2 we can add rescued from the scrappy heap.
I think Amber is basically destined for a Basebreaking Character entry, but that requires a six month wait time to see if it actually applies or if there's a knee-jerk reaction rightaway. Even if season 2 stabilizes her one way or the other, I think it will be worthwhile to document her as a divisive character at the end of season 1.

Given all the backlash that amber has gotten since Episode 7 of knowing Mark was invincible. I feel like she should be considered the scrappy. She's widely considered by many sources to be the worst part of a otherwise great show. Is she not considered the scrappy because she just got recently hated, because I don't know of her having any fans or enough supporters to even fall under Base-Breaking Characters.
