Why was the complete monster deleted? I don't understand what the explanation 'no groups' is about.

Well, from the Complete Monster Cleanup Thread: Frequently Asked Questions:

"Can a group be listed under Complete Monster?: No. Groups lack moral capacity - only individuals have that. It is theoretically possible for each individual member of a group to qualify, but they most be shown and described as such individually."
