The example of The Scrappy listed says "Speedy. She speaks in a loud, high-pitched voice and is very stupid, if not oblivious, to certain aspects of the film." That says nothing about how the audience in general thinks that Speedy sucks, it's just saying that Speedy sucks. I think it should be re-written. As for the example under that, it says "Pretty much anyone that isn't Fender, Diesel, or (maybe) Norbert." That has very little context, and I'm pretty sure the use of the word "maybe" there is Word Cruft. Plus, that second example (the one with the word "maybe") isn't very specific.
