"The original outline had Mr. White being handed over to the CIA for questioning. Unbeknownst to Bond, he allows White to escape and follows him to his employers."

Those two sentences REALLY don't make sense in combination. Who is "he"? It can't be Bond as, why would him allowing Mr. White to escape being unbeknownst to him? Also, the CIA is not a "he", as a large organisation, but that's what the sentences would suggest. I can't even speculate as to how to fix this, especially as I don't know where to find further information about this outline.

I'd heard one of the directors of the Craig movies had said an early draft was going to confirm that Bond was a Legacy Character.

Does anybody know if this is true?
