I notice that some of the shorts on this list are namespaced under Disney/, while others are namespaced under Western Animation/. Which one is correct?

What I want to know is why Mickey Mouse doesn't have his own page when Donald Duck does, even though there's a different character page listing both...
EDIT: More specifically, I'm just wondering whether there's any particular reason for that. Isn't it kind of redundant to have pages for specific characters and their appearances when it could just be put under their info on the character page?

You will find that in most cases those are shorts that have been voted among the top 50 cartoons ever made. Besides, being necessary is hardly what this whole site is about.
Where is the line between these and Miscellaneous Disney Shorts? There's a handful of shorts that appear on both pages...
