Ken did start it by suing SEGA & Bioware/EA first for "percieved copyright infringement" for the Echidnas in Sonic Chronicles, trying to personally copyright characters he knew were part of the Sonic comic universe, countersuing Archie, and indeed when the cases were thrown out, gave his terms for the use of his stories & characters, which had the unreasonable demand to be made a licencer ala SEGA.
His continued flippant opinions ("My work embraces it's history") and continued lawsuit over an apparent piece of his artwork being on a 10 year old Sonic collection on Gamecube makes him fair game. This isn't like someone trying to post details of his personal life, this is all very public.
Sometimes life just sucks. You have to learn to take the good with the bad. Why should you expect anything different in the mediums?
i think we should take down the ken penders lawsuit posts because the lawsuit was ARCHIE's, and personal attacks against a guy, even one we don't agree with, is pretty low.
