Weren't Akai, Rena and Subaru shown in a triple simultaneous panel in one of the 800-809 chapters or so?
I don't think this has been brought up, and reading the Subaru guesses I had to add it.
I thought that Subaru (the guy living in Shinichi's house) was actually Akai Shuichi in disguise. Conan helped Akai and Rena set up Akai's 'murder' by predicting how Gin would react to the situation and faking the whole thing in order to get Kir back into the organization. Also, the man that Jodie-sensei sees and believes to be Akai is in fact Bourbon in disguise, which is why the man doesn't pay any attention to her at all (Bourbon is using Akai's 'injury' as an excuse for not talking or recognizing her). Bourbon doesn't think Akai is dead and is trying to lure him out by manipulating the FBI.
