I notice this is a Hanako Games product. I also note it does not list Les Yay or Gay Option. Is it just missing from the entry, or has reality turned inside out?

It's not missing. The main character is Janet, and the five datable people are boys.

Yeah. It was a joke, hence "Has Reality Turned Inside Out?" Hanako Games' slogan could be "We ARE Les Yay" without being terribly inaccurate — dating back to before they were even a proper company and it was just a series of free games released under the name Papillon.
