He probably did, but the bonus scene at the end of Book 1 had him say "I am your loyal servant...Your Majesty", meaning there is likely a mastermind behind his actions (either the king or queen).
Let's just say, if this series really ends with Book 2, then this makes us more of a Supporting Protagonist, as both big cases are related to Trystan (Sonja's their friend and Juliana's their fiancee), while we don't get to solve the one case we have a personal stake in (our dad's murder).
Hide / Show RepliesI would only add this in book 2. I remember what happened in Dragon Ball Z in the fight against Cell. In this saga (end of the androids saga) Goku was the supporting protagonist and Gohan was the one who saved the world.
Edited by grandefaraoI'm glad they're releasing the last three chapters in the same week, but I hope they're not doing it because they want to get the series out of the way as soon as possible (which, if they are doing, would mean that there probably won't be a Book 3). We'll find out tomorrow, fingers crossed.
That's what many on the wiki are thinking right now, that PB wants the series over and done with, and let's just say, I don't want to be a supporting protagonist! If we can solve our own sister's murder in TUH, we should be able to solve our dad's in COP. In other words, I want COP to be our own story, not Trystan's!
So... Vasili killed all three victims, right?
