I think that City Quest about Futureshadowing had our character's current liege lord approaching the Iron Throne. And we can either help them onto it, shove them aside to sit on it ourselves, or smash the throne. For example I had Queen Cersei as a Lannister and King Tommen as a Baratheon.
This page needs some more basic information about this game, such as who made it, where you can get it, when it came out.
Considering it's length it's got very little information for people who might be interested
