Top European Leagues?

Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1, Liga, Russian Premier League and Eredivisie. Sure, no problems there. Süper Lig? Yeah, I can see that. But Ukrainian Premier League and Liga I (Romania) being mentioned ahead of the top divisions of Scotland, Belgium, Switzerland and even any of the Nordic countries? How does that even compute?

Bringing it here rather than editing the main page (an inviting the usual [1]), is there any semi-objective reasons for this?

The bit about the strongest teams in the Dutch league needs to be changed; Feyenoord isn't what it used to be, and the new teams AZ & Twente won the title last years
