Is there any significance in the abbreviations on the picture? "NOR" and "SUFOC" are easy enough, but WAOC for Cambridge? Is there a hidden joke here, as the bit that gives the rest of Essex a bad name for tastelessness and chav-ness is marked as "HAVOC"...

Looks like it maybe a map of orienteering clubs. WA would be West Anglia? The Cambridge Evening News used to use a tagline about being at the heart of Mid-Anglia...

That picture shows more than just East Anglia what with Herts, Beds and the whole of Essex being on it. I suggest cutting the offending areas out or removing the picture entirely.
