I am unable to parse this sentence.
I think this article needs a heavy revision from someone who actually knows this stuff. I spotted several errors by just skimming through the article.
For example, it claims that the star will form 25 elements during its lifetime, when the real number is actually 7 (H, He, C, Ne, O, Si and Fe.) Also, it claims that the singularity at the center of the black hole is a point. This is only so for non-rotating black holes. In rotating black holes the singularity is actually a ring (look up "ring singularity".)
(Also, the page image is not very accurate. A black hole, when looked from afar, would look more like a lens that distorts its background. To get a better idea, search eg. for "blackhole lensing.gif" at wikipedia.)

I'm confused if black dwarves are real but they take trillions of years to make, how come blue dwarves don't exist if they only require hundreds of billions of years?

Black dwarves don't exist in real life for the simple reason that they have had not enough time to form (since the formation of the first stars in the universe.) However, white dwarves will inevitably cool down to almost zero kelvin in the distant future, becoming black. We just have to wait a few trillion years.
