From gunpowder, armor, clothes, weaponry, and even engineering devices. In one of the quests you add a small pinch of azerite to gunpowder and the explosive force of the shot from a regular flintlock pistol knocks your character onto their ass. Also the various machines that both the Alliance and Horde use in the Fourth War in BFA use Azerite.
