Pretty sure REM applies to any controversial action that gets someone booted off the community or team, not just small crimes. Since I’ve seen multiple instances of Role-Ending Misdemeanor being applied to crimes like it.
If that's the case, then the trope desperately needs a new name. I'd submit it to TRS, but it's been backed up for months now.
Hello, first of all, excuse my English.
I am a member of the Spanish branch of the SCP Foundation and I wanted to clarify the following regarding this:
• No Export for You: Over 1000 articles were targeted for removal from the SCP-ES (Spanish) branch or banned from being ported in the future at the request of their authors in August 2022, due to concerns over homophobic dogwhistling being involved in an updated policy for translated works on the branch.Specifically... The policy prevents the website logo from being altered in site themes unless it is relevant to the article, like Site-43's logo or that of a Group of Interest. It just so happens that the only reason this would not be the case is to include a pride flag.
Actually, no article was deleted, and as for the prohibition to translate articles, that was left to the discretion of each translator, I clarify it here before correcting it myself.
Greetings.
@The Blue Hour, why is the second entry on Role-Ending Misdemeanor deleted? AFAIK since it involves real-life events, there should be an edit reason for this deletion.

Can we please not list actual sexual predators under "Role-Ending Misdemeanor"? "Misdemeanor" implies a minor crime, not 'multiple incidents of sexual assault'.
