Honestly, I wonder if I'm alone in something. So many people like this play, but for me, the makeup and costuming almost have an Uncanny Valley effect. The face/body paint and random swatches of fur look is so far off of "cat" to me that it just kills my suspension of disbelief and enjoyment of the play. Am I alone in this? Can I add a trope about it to the YMMV page?
