I am unsure about the Bible example. Since the quote is from after the great flood and another actually didn't happen (neither is another one mentioned later in the Bible nor are there any historical records of one), what is so "suspiciously specific" about it? If it was said right before the flood I'd understand. I did not want to just remove it as I don't know why the person who added it found it fitting.
