The Evil Poacher point needs fixing. I have done some work on that, making it better suited for the article, but if others could help that would be good too.

I did some more fixing of the Evil Poacher point and it is important to acknowledge that not all of them are outlaws.

Some more edits have done that focus on the problems that subsistence poachers can cause for themselves, how some rangers were poachers themselves and that some poachers even receive fines that make poaching impossible.
I've done some editing to the ranger point, specifically about poachers-turned-rangers using some articles for reference. If anyone has any articles for suggestion, go ahead and share them.
